Married to actor William “Captain Nice” Daniels, they won Emmys together for their roles on St. Elsewhere, and she has appeared on TV shows like Gunsmoke,, Golden Girls, Better Call Saul, The Waltons and dozens of others. She is very forthcoming about her 72 year marriage, and her successful career in movies including the role she wasn’t thrilled about at first, as Danny Devito’s and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mom in “Twins”
